To schedule an appointment or ask questions about CosmeticCulture services, please call 1-800-MED-SPA (1-800-633-772). You can also email us at info@cosmeticculture.com.au. The practices are open Mon–Fri between 9am–5pm. We recommend appointments be made well in advance to give yourself the best opportunity to secure an appointment that best fits your schedule.

etiquette and courtesy
In consideration of all our guests, we ask that you either switch off pagers and mobiles or set them to a silent or vibrate setting when you are visiting CosmeticCulture. We love children too, but it is important that they are supervised at all times when in our centre.
payment methods
Please have a credit card available to book your scheduled appointment time; CosmeticCulture currently accepts cheques, VISA, MC, eftpos and cash.
first time clients
Your first visit to CosmeticCulture begins with an in depth cosmetic consultation to determine your plan of treatment. We ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your allotted appointment time in order to complete a client profile. In addition you may receive a comprehensive photographic analysis of your skin or body. Total appointment time; 30–45 minutes (consultation only) or 1–1.5 hours (with treatment).
returning clients
Arrive 5 minutes early to enjoy the relaxing CosmeticCulture atmosphere.
cancellations
Our specialist’s time is just as valuable as yours and we do our utmost to respect your time. Due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients we require 24 hours advanced notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; such that there is a $50 fee for missed appointments. If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you reschedule so that we may be on time for our next appointment.
